Happy Monday, Girls!
Hope you had a good weekend. We had a rainy 4-day getaway to the Oregon Coast. Lots of seafood, lots of shopping, and of course, quality time with the fam. But did I mention that it rained for 4 days?
Anywho....do you ever want to give a gift to someone that maybe you don't typically exchange gifts with so you don't want them to feel bad that you got them something, and at the same time you don't want the gift to be extravagant, but you do want it to be nice? I needed one of those gifts so I bought a simple large Hershey bar - who doesn't love chocolate, right? - and just wrapped it and embellished it to kick it up a notch.
I love the kraft cardstock that the Paper Temptress carries because it's 65-pound weight. It truly is like the paper bag you get at the grocery store. And for that reason it doesn't add a lot of weight to your cards, and, when using it like I have here it's very pliable. I made my little sentiment tag with a scrap piece of champagne parchment for a brighter pop.

Notice I've got my lil' Studio G sentiment on there. Just a note: the Studio G challenges have moved to Marti's blog. And this week's challenge is to use leaves; fun fun!
Hope your week starts off fabby!

What a great gift idea! I LOVE that ribbon!!!
That is awesome! I thought it was a mini-card at first glance. I think everybody enjoys acknowledgement on their birthday. Hope the recipient loves it.
I love Kraft paired with just about everything. And this ribbon is spectacular!
