My sweet baby boy is turning 7 today. He wasn't due until August 9th, but on July 31, 2002 I was at my weekly check-up and the Doc said this baby needs to come out now *gasp* So much for the little August birthstone bear we got him, eh? Anywho - since I am in birthday mode (party tomorrow, baking the cake today) I just had to post a birthday card today!
This card features papers by Bo Bunny that I picked up at my LSS and Papertrey Ink cardstock, ribbon and sentiment. Tried a little something different with the ribbon - I'm challenged in ways to use my scrap ribbon - the kind that isn't long enough to tie around and in to a bow - but this worked perfectly.

That's how my first came about, too. The OB says, "how about we go to the hospital and have this baby?" I about freaked out, while my husband was jumping for joy. anyway.
I like the card a lot. The different paper together, that border punch, and definitely the ribbon.
