I hope you have a wonderful day with your family and friends. Do you do the thing where you go around the table and say what you're thankful for? My Yayo used to make us do that all the time and when I was a kid, I hated it. We used to giggle the whole time. Now that I'm older and wiser *wink* I have incorporated that in to our family tradition and I get all teary saying all the things that I am thankful for: my loving & supportive husband, my beautiful children who are in good health, a roof over our heads, and food on our table....and all you dear people who come to my blog to visit and indulge me and take the time to leave kind words; thank you.
Here are the place cards I made for our dinner later today. We're having my mom and my aunt & uncle over. I didn't put much thought in to these, and I waited 'til the last minute to make them. All things considered, I am OK with them. But next year's, or even Christmas this year, will be way better!
