Wooooooooooooooooooo - made it to Friday!
Friday the 13th.....which concerns me because if this day is any worse than the others this week, I am in for some trouble.
But let's just think positive, shall we?
But let's just think positive, shall we?
Alrighty, so today I have 2 little winter wishes cards and 1 winter wishes card gone wrong *giggles* I toyed with the idea of not sharing the "gone wrong" card but then I thought ah what the heck - this is about sharing my love of papercrafting among other things. And maybe none of y'all ever make a bad card, but I ain't too proud to tell you that I do - often - ha!
OK so we'll start with a good card. This card is not the "gone wrong" card and if you thought it was, then I am worse off than I thought *tears* This card features a mix of My Mind's Eye and Cosmo Cricket papers - it's just not Christmas without them! - some ribbon, ink and some Ocean Tides cardstock from Papertrey Ink, a little Verve sentiment, all on recycled white cardstock from Paper Temptress.
This second card is just foul. I mean it's like wrong on so many levels - ROTFL So check this - I did this for a challenge. It was a color challenge and you had to use snowflakes. I have told y'all 101 times that challenges, sketches, "rules" are just not for me and this is the perfect example as to why. It's because I try too hard to fit within the confines of the task and I just can't think and my mind is stifled and the card comes out looking like this!

So we'll end with my most fave of the trio. Again I've got recycled white cardstock, patterned paper from Papertrey Ink, a Verve sentiment and some sweet glittery snowflakes from Marcella K or K&Company...one of the Ks.

Oh and hey - I'm featured on the Simply Handmade (magazine) blog today!
Hope your Friday the 13th is free of black cats and broken mirrors!

Great cards Michelle!
I can see why the bottom one is your favorite. I love the blue and white. That's always a gorgeous wintry combo!
Go do something to celebrate the end of a long week! You made it!!!
Your favorite is my favorite too, but your gone wrong card is not so bad. They all look so wintery and festive. Nice job!
