The Friday 5.

Welcome to this week's edition of the Friday 5.
I am having the bestest time exploring the blogs & the internet combing through goodness and coming up with my weekly 5 to share!
So here we go for this week....:

Just a Girl blog.

JAGBlog

The Just a Girl blog is one of those blogs that hundreds of people go to; she's got over 2000 followers. So I have to admit, I don't post comments there because I don't think she'll miss me - LOL However, this is one of those blogs that is chockful of eye candy. Great ideas, lots of inspiration for inexpensive ways to change your home from season-to-season and how to make better use of your space and excess stuff around the house.

This breathtaking card by
Carly Robertson.

Is this not the most beautiful Christmas card?!
The natural color palette and the bits of shimmer, and that sheer ribbon, make this card sooooo elegant.

PrimaLeaves

I have these in both white and silver and they make the bestest addition to a card or a gift tag. You get 12 leaves for about $4, and 6 of them are solid while the other 6 are more translucent with accents of the brighter color.

This box by Claire Brennan.

I love the classic Christmas colors in this fun patterned paper, the shape with the crests, and the fun gingham ribbon -- I don't care what's in this box, I would love getting this for Christmas!

Green Giant Steamers.

Green-Giant-Steamers1

I don't cook. I bake at the holidays, but for the most part, my husband does all the cooking. I plan the meals though - does that count for something? *giggles* Green Giant Steamers have been a great addition to our weeknight meals. Veggies, veggies with sauce, veggies with potatoes - just toss the bag into the microwave, scoop on to dinner plates and throw out the bag. It doesn't get any easier than that. The kids love these, saves cooking time for my husband, and - there are coupons for these in your Sunday paper and on Coupons.com all the time!

Happy Friday!

I love this Fab 5! And why didn't Green Giant think of this sooner? They're awesome.

Hi Michelle! Thank you so much for featuring me in your Friday 5! So sweet!!! Can I tell you that I love your blog and your creative style is one of my favs! You have been in my Google reader for a long time but I mostly just lurk. I don't know why I don't comment more often. Well, I'm now out of the blog non-commenting closet. Oh, and Green Giant is always a fav! :-)

You know I love those leaves every time I see you use them. I even like the picture of them all by themselves. The Friday 5 is quickly becoming a highlight of my week ;)
