The Friday 5.

Ohhhh it's a fabby Friday 5 that I have for you this week, girls!
So let's get started because I am soooo excited to share this week!

Karola Witczak's blog.

Karola's blog
is INCREDIBLE. She's got beautiful pictures of her cards, projects and scrapbook layouts and she takes additional pictures from different angles making sure that you get to see every detail of her amazing creations. By the way - Karola is in Poland and her blog is in Polish, but you can just click the Google translator at the top to read it in English.

MMEJournalingCards

I used to skip right over journaling cards as I am not a scrapbooker. But for 39-cents (and sometimes less if there is a sale), I find these to be a great lil' embellishment on a card. Sometimes you can get 2 uses out of them - - like the one up here in the bottom right corner you can cut in half and use the top half on one card and the bottom half on another.

This card by Gudrun Loennecken.

When I first saw this card all I could manage to say was "shut UP!" LOOK at that tree!! Buttons all crusted together, thin gold wire accents, little heart charms and a sugary star on top. No idea how she did that and I don't want to know either - this card is in a league all of its own.

The Santa Hotline by Jennifer Beason.

Here's another fantastic project that I cannot imagine the time and attention to detail that went in to making it, but the end result is perfect. The Santa Hotline - "Santa I can explain!" it says - LOL Absolutely incredible.

ChenilleSocks

Now I don't know if any of y'all are like me - but my feet are freezing all the time. Even moreso in the wintertime. I live in chenille socks from about Thanksgiving to Valentine's Day. I come home from work and put a pair of these on. I don't want to keep turning the heat up just because I'm cold and I find that if my toesies are warm, overall I am warmer longer. These are so comfy and they are an easy gift to ask for when you have a hard time explaining to your in-laws what kind of craft products to get you, and that you don't like silver so please don't get me another silver watch that I'm just going to give away; chenille socks are sold at most department stores....love!

Happy Friday!

Girl I am so with you. My feet are so cold. If ever go to bed without socks in the winter I literally can't sleep. I'm just cold all of time! Great inspiration here!
