Yay - it's Saturday!
I've got a couple of baby cards to show you today so let's get movin'.
My second card is a square card with a rounded patterned paper panel, but definitely a little busier. My patterned paper and sticker are from Fancy Pants, I've got a little Jenni Bowlin bingo card here, a little American Crafts dimensional sticker, and a Zva star. My ribbon, cardstock, ink and sentiment are from Papertrey Ink - you kinda already know all that with me by now, don't you?
Hope your weekend starts off great!

I really am lovin' square cards. Thing is, I'm no mathematician, so I seem to have a lot of wonky shape pieces left over. Need to figure out how to cut the paper and have a shape left that I can use to make another card. Anyway. On this card I've used my least favorite color from Papertrey Ink: Melon Berry. Blech. Not sure why that is - I think it's a flat color, dull, something, not sure. But I get 'em all anyway because they coordinate their patterned papers with their cardstocks sometimes. And, in the case of the Letterbox collection from American Crafts, sometimes the perfect patterned paper from another brand comes along to pair it with.
So yeah, I've got my square card, rounded the edges on a piece of Letterbox patterned paper, wrapped some saddlestitch ribbon around it, topped it with a Flair badge, and then stamped my sentiment on it. Sidenote: saddlestitch ribbon from Papertrey is the best! ribbon to stamp on. Atop my ribbon I've got a little Martha felt embellie which I topped with a punched heart in coordinating patterned paper, and a lil' button.

Yay for bebes! I mean bebe cards! :) Lol... I adore the colors, so fresh and happy. :) I've never stamped on my saddle stitch, just satin (bad idea, lol!). Yours looks so good - I'm too nervous! Lol! I'll have to give it a try. TFS! Happy Saturday!
I LOVE that first card with the sheep and the heart/button combo, and whatever you used in the center of the ribbon~fabulous!!! The second one is so cute with that dp! Have a great weekend!!!

Both cards are super adorable. I love the colors on the first one.
I love seeing these 2 together. Busy and not so busy. And both fabulous. Love that lemon tart ribbon! That's the one color that got left of my ribbon order I think. Good thing it's almost the 15th! lol!
