- and not a moment too soon. I have had the never-ending week from heckles and haven't felt like doing anything when I get home each night. Soooo looking forward to the weekend.
So just a quick card for y'all today - a no-stamping card. You know, I didn't use the Origins set from BasicGrey too much this year. Maybe twice, I think? I love BasicGrey so I just order when they have new stuff, but this set - hmmm....really hard for me to work with. Anywho - patterned paper and chipboard are from the Origins collection, a little New Leaf ribbon, some buttons and some stitching just because I thought I should put some effort in to this card - LOL

I really like the earthy colors in the origins paper, but I also find it kinda hard to work with!

OOH, I just love that big flower, and I think the colors are gorgeous! I have been on the fence about that paper. Maybe I won't get it after all...

I am sorry for a long week. Hate those! But your card is fantastic. I love the pop of yellow against the dark background, and the ribbon tied around the flower is a fabulous little touch.
