Happy Easter, dear hearts.
We're doing our traditional Easter stuff today - up to see what the Easter bunny left in our baskets (once we find them), then we'll have sweet rolls & hard-boiled eggs, then it's off to church where our seats will be taken by the holiday church-goers (the ones who only show up on holidays), then my mom will be here after she gets out of church and we'll have dinner with her.
I have a bunch of candy for the kiddies, but I didn't have any packaging ready for it, so I made these quick, scrappy tags last night. I went old school with some Honey Pie by Cosmo Cricket patterned paper, and literally used only what was on my desk - scrap cardstock, buttons, leftover ribbons, and canvas eggs. I stamped sentiments from last year's Studio G holiday set because I was in a hurry and this year's wasn't on my desk (yes - last year's was more accessible than this year's - LOL).
I made this little Easter card for my cousin's kid - I went with bright instead of pastelly because he's 13. Patterned papers by My Little Shoebox, sentiment from Verve, ribbon & egg dies (because it's Easter I won't bash the egg dies - heh) from Papertrey Ink.
Hope you and yours have a beautiful day.

Happy Easter Michelle! Sounds like a fun day spent with family - always the best kind :)
Your tags are adorable. I missed out on Honey Pie but you are rocking it! Love the little chocolate bunnies in the corner :)
Adorable tags and a great card! Enjoy a special Easter - good luck finding your baskets. :D
These are so fun!!! Love the tags and the card! I'm still wishing I had those egg dies even though you don't like them. Every time I tried to order them they were out of stock :( I just love how you've used them!!!
LOL@ no bashing the egg dies on Easter. I love the tags you make. They always turn out so nice. Hope you had a good seat for church ;)
The last card is my favorite of the bunch...the eggs are so stinking cute!
