OK - that title makes me sing the Sesame Street song.
Sunny day...everything's A-OK....
Alright - have you heard of The Girls' Paperie? I don't know who they are, where they came from, nothing about them, other than I heard some of the girls on Twitter and out in blogland talking about this paper. And, in an effort to "keep up with the Joneses", I ordered a few sheets. Oh my - LOVE is an understatement. Not sure how to describe, kind of like a mix between Prima vintage and October Afternoon rustic - like a perfect combination. Really light and pretty with that sort of distressed look.
I really wanted the pretty flowers on this sheet to really shine and not be covered up with too much stuff, so I put all my stuff at the bottom. Some pretty May Arts sheer ribbon, an American Crafts Flair badge, some pretty Prima Say it in Pearls, some May Arts jute ribbon that I picked up at Courtney's shop along with a bunch of other pretties that you just gotta check out, and this sweet little Verve sentiment from Let it Shine.
Here's wishing YOU a sunny day!

Michelle! This is gorgeous! Your added elements are PERFECT! I can see why you didn't want to cover up that gorgeous paper!!
What a beautiful card!!! I love those roses, and the pearl flourishes are just gorgeous! Beautiful sentiment and ribbon too! I have bought sooooo much paper lately, and cannot buy any more for a while, but will definitely keep this company in mind :)
That paper is beautiful! I love how you let it shine, and added the other gorgeous accessories at the bottom. I am loving the yellow and pink together!
I haven't caved and ordered this yet, but your card is gorgeous and I may now! :)
Oh, how stunning. I totally didn't need to see that new paper, though. Now I NEED it! :)
