Happy Halfway-There Day, Girls!
Up today I've got a little card that I have in Scrapbook Trends' special edition magazine Create: Stamping. I don't really submit to Scrapbook Trends because hi, I don't scrapbook - LOL But they had a separate call for this particular magazine and one of the sections was "stamping on surfaces". I like stamping on ribbon. I do better with Papertrey Ink's Classic Grosgrain ribbon and their True Black ink - always a winning combination. It never fails that if I try a different ribbon or a different ink, the ink will bleed or the impression will not take. So I stick with what I know works. Except for this card that I tried on the Saddlestich ribbon and got a decent result as well. I sorta fancy this scrappy lil' card.
Have a goodie!

I fancy it, too - but wouldn't call it scrappy lil'. That paper is so cheery bright and love the big pom-poms, stitching and hey, that stamping on the ribbon turned out perfect (mine always bleeds...ugh). argh...only 1/2 way there again...LOL.
So cute! I love it when you stamp on the ribbon. I always think that I really need to try that but then I forget all about it LOL! Fab card, girl:)
Cute! Adorable colors, and papers, and pom poms! And the profusion of ribbon on the clip just makes me smile. :-) Congrats on having this published!
