Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop(e)

Hello and thank you for stopping in today along
the Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop(e).

I have to be honest: I have not been personally effected by breast cancer. No one in my family has had it, and I really haven't had anyone close be afflicted by it either. I suppose I am fortunate that way. However, I had the good fortune of meeting a nice lady named Vickie over at SCS and her attitude of "surviving breast cancer again" really got me thinking....inspired me even. So I started this Blog Hop(e) to recognize the brave women who have battled and won against this disease, the brave women who sadly didn't make it, and those who are going through it or have been touched going through that journey with someone near and dear to them - - my heart goes out to you all.

With that, I have a card made special just for the occasion. On a piece of Papertrey Ink cardstock, I used some old Cosmo Cricket patterned papers because I just loved the comforting feeling of the quilted patterns in Honey Pie. I added a Jenni Bowlin bingo card that says LUCKY, some stitching, a Zva Creative shooting star, and finished it off with some Papertrey ribbon & button.

Next you're off to the amazing Tiffany Johnson's blog to see what she created special for the occasion. If you get lost along the way, you can go here for the complete list of all 26 women who are participating in this wonderful Blog Hop(e) today.

Have a wonderful Friday!
