Good Monday Morning, Girls!
You know how I hate Mondays, but today is my birthday so it can't be all bad, right?!
I took the day off - - I have this rule about not working on my birthday - - so I'm home ALONE today. My plan is to head out to Starbucks and grab a mocha and a pastry (yes, I'm fat and trying to lose weight but my birthday only comes once a year!), then I am going to come home and open a bunch of presents: I am in a birthday swap over on SCS so I have all these presents that I have been saving to open today. I have this rule about opening birthday presents early - I won't even open the birthday card from the insurance guy until my actual birthday - ha!
Tonight Rob and the kids are taking me out to Tucanos (all you can eat Brazilian meat place - I got my birthday eat free mailer, and kids 7 and under are free so all we have to pay for is Rob!), then we'll come home for presents and Mexican milk jello that my aunt made me.
Today I'm sharing a birthday card - how could I post any other card today? I submitted this for pub in the quick & easy category because this card was just that: super quick and super easy. Patterned papers are from the Prima Rock on Love paper pack, sentiment & ink from Papertrey Ink and cardstock from Paper Temptress.
