This is the card that I submitted for the CARDs (magazine) blog challenge last week. It actually ended up getting chosen as one of the featured cards which is pretty cool. The challenge was to make a card with some sort of banner. I thought I'd go outside of the box from a normal penant type banner and work hearts to go with the love in my sentiment. This is one of those cards that I have to really think about who I send it to. I can see my mom just not getting it at all and saying something like "oh, it's a winter Valentine card."
It's a winning combination, I tell ya'!

Love your take on the banner. Very original!
You'll have to send it to someone who will notice the snowflakes on the hearts and the holly on the bottom so that it's appreciate for the card it is.
I love the Kraft with the other colors. It's a great card, I can see why CARDS liked it, too!
