Love Me Do - day 7.

I saved my favorite Love Me Do card for last. Wait, but it's only day 7 you say....and you said this was an 8-part series. That's right, I did. But I didn't say there would be a card every day *wink* Now let's talk about this card....

I love this card - it's my most fave. Oh yeah, I said that already. I used a base of Pure Poppy cardstock and brightened it up with this fun sort of 70s lookin' piece of patterned paper from the LMD (Love Me Do) kit. Now, that piece isn't really Valentiney so the challenge was to get this card Valentiney right quick. I added a LMD diecut across the bottom and tied some pretty Lemon Tart ribbon vertically around my card. See that little square image panel with all the different mini images on it? That was from the packaging of the kit - could not waste that...just too cute to toss. So I cut it out and popped it up with some dimensional adhesive.

I stamped my sentiment in the center of a circle diecut, added a little key diecut topped with a vintage button, and then comes my favorite part of the card: Crayola-colored coordinating heart pins stuck in the center of my bow! Love this card - the colors, the big ol' LMD at the bottom....so retro!

Alrighty - tomorrow...the last day of the LMD series; and it's a fun one!
Have a wonderful Saturday.

This is so fun! I love the big LOVE ME DO on the bottom of the card, and the way you used those mini images! The heart stick pins are fabulous too! The Friday one is still my fav. though : )

I love those heart pins, too! This series has been so bright and cheery. Perfect for a drab winter week. And I love how you get all the use you possibly can out of your packaging!
