Love Me Do - day 3.

Hey Girls!

I've got a fun card to share with you today on day 3 in our 8-part series featuring Love Me Do by My Mind's Eye.

I'm particularly proud of this card because this was one of those sheets that I believe was made for scrapbookers. The sheet had one big image on it which was just too big for a card - so, I cut it down and worked it out as Randy Jackson would say *giggles* {sidenote: I am soooo excited American Idol is back on tonight - woooo!} See there - I cut off the top of the hot air balloon, and there's another piece missing that you'll see on another card. It's called being resourceful, people!

I used a base of Ocean Tides and created a square card just for something different. I then put the cloudy sky paper in the background, added some stitching and then embellished. Emmmmmbelllishhhhhhhhed - I love that word. I used some pretty ribbon from Papertrey Ink along with their vintage buttons (shocking, I know), popped the diecut cloud up with dimensional adhesive; all my sentiments in this series are from Heart Prints.

See you tomorrow for LMD day 4.
Have a good one!
